Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Used or knocked-in cricket bats.

Customized or personalized products (e.g., name-printed jerseys).

Clearance or final sale items.

Protective gear, undergarments, or personal-use items (e.g., abdominal guards, inner gloves).
Return Process

Contact us at +1 813-647-0678 or hdcricketcave@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request return authorization.

Once approved, ship the item(s) back using the return label sent to you. Include your order number and contact details.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns, particularly on high-value equipment.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, shipping fee will be deducted prior to issuing the refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Damaged or Defective Products

Defects or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If confirmed, HD Cricket Cave will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit/refund.
Warranty Disclaimer

Cricket bats are made of natural willow and may break or crack during play. Breakage is considered part of normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
